Hey Mike,
I am amazed at your strength,

I was wondering what programs or methods have you used to get so strong in the past.
What has worked, what hasn't.

have you tried a traditional sheiko template/program?

Also do you have any nutritional considerations? Do you count protein etc?

1st of all, sorry it has taken me so long to respond. I hadn't checked this forum in a while.

What have I tried...
My background is mostly in permutations of Westside, but it's becoming gradually more Sheiko-ish (but not exactly as I'm sure you can see in my log). My gains really started taking off when I started doing RTS, which is why I'm such a big believer in it.

I haven't tried a traditional sheiko template. I've thought about it, but I have never been able to let go of the things I know work for me to start the tinkering process all over again. I prefer to let my training evolve over time. Evolution, not revolution.

I have tracked my diet and a host of other factors before, but I am not currently doing so (mostly because I am too busy with a new job, moving, preparing for a meet, and trying to write a book). I have counted protein/carbs/fats in the past, but I can't say I'm an expert on that stuff.
