Forgot to log my Friday workout....

Friday 5/15

Squat + chain 273x3 @7, 315x3@8, 345x4@8, 315x5@8, 315x5@8
Bench +180pp 225x3, 275x3, 315x4, 295x5, 295x5
Light SLDL's 4x8 @8-9

Monday 5/18

Bench Press 315x3 @7, 335x2@8, 355 X 4@9, 355 X 4@9, 315x2@7
Squat 365x3@7, 385x2@8, 425 x 4@9, 445 x 4@10, 365 x 2@9
Military 185x5x3  @8-9

Today was a pretty good day.  I got 355 for 4 with another rep left in the tank on the bench.  That puts me about where I was when I started before I overtrained myself and got sick.  365 is my PR and I think I could have tied it but probably not beat it.  I didn't want to miss any lifts so I settled for 355 for 2 sets of 4.  My squat is moving up pretty nicely.  445 was one of those border line 9-10 so I just said 10.

Floor Press 315x3 @7, 345x2@8, 365 X 4 @9, 365 X 4 @9, 315 X 2 @8
Split Squat 185 X 6, 185 X 6, 185 X 6

Another good day. I think my floor press is stronger than my flat bench which is really strange because I can normally do around 10% more in the flat bench

This was a combination of Monday's and Wednesdays workouts.  I will not be able to train on Wednesday so I squeezed the bench work in.  I also skipped squats due to my back acting up on me.  I hope to get my squat session in on Friday if not I will just have to start over on Monday.

Been about a month since I last updated my log due to ridiculous work schedule... Here is what I have done so far this week.

Monday 7-7

Bench 225 X 5, 275 X 3, 315 X 3, 345 X 1, 365 X 1, 385 X 1 @8, 415 X 1 @10

Squat 315 X 3, 405 X 2, 455 X 2, 495 X 1, 515 X 1 @9, 525 X 1 @9, 545 X 1 @10

Military 205 X 6 X 3

Great day for the squat! My squat weight is getting real close to my pre injury and heavier body weight days. The heaviest weight I took during my training cycle was 455 which is pretty ridiculous... Looks like I can make gains on my squat at this point using a relatively low percentage of my max. Decent day for the bench at least I am back up to my base line weight. I dipped below 415 for a while due over training and not being honest about RPEs. I rated it a 10 but I probably had another 5-10 pounds in me. It wasn't a grider by any means... just didn't want to miss a lift in training.

Wednesday 7-9

Bench + 90cc + mm

185 X 1, 225 X 1, 245 X 1, 275 X 1, 295 X 1 @9

Band good mornings 3 X 20

Easy day...

Thanks Mike it was actually quite a surprise... I feel like I did before injury, a few weeks ago the light bulb clicked on and I seemed to be able to use the muscles in my low back and stomach to maintain my arch.  Sounds kind of strange but I think they were crippled from the injury...  That and a sold programming.
