Bench belts

I was wondering peoples opinion on the bench belt.

I currently use my big one for bench but was looking at getting a bench belt before my next contest.

Has anybody tried the spud belts. They are a great price which is why I am looking at them.

APT also has very affordable bench belts its prong though.

I have seen a toro bench belt that was fairly cheap if I remember correctly about 50$

I am leaning towards the spud belt but I am open to suggestions for sure.

Is a bench belt even worth it. I have a ****ty arch for sure so I think a thinner belt might help a little but it really cant help me to much.

Also does the bench belt keep your shirt down better because I am finding that my big one doesnt do much of anything and my shirt always rides up.

IMO, the bench belt does help. I use the Toro belt. Any thinner belt will probably work fine. A prong might not be good if you plan on using your shirt by yourself.

Thats what I was affraid of. So far I have only found the toro lever belt. There really isnt much out there for a reasonable price that I have found so far.
