Super high frequency experience

Working around injury means no heavy loaded deadlifts or any Hip Hinges
Potentially considering 5 days squatting 5 days benching reducing % of fatigue backoffs to compensate.

Has anyone played around with something similar?

was going to have 2 main Comp squats, pause squat day , front squat day and front squat pause day to help reduce overall Load on the system
