This is basically for anyone. I have been training now for about 6-8 weeks on the outline that Mike gave me. It is a 4 day split, since I work 4 on 4 off. I train 4 days back to back, and do not have a clue on how I should actually train for percentages. I have been basically going up to 90+% everyday on excercise...

Hey Mike, I am amazed at your strength, I was wondering what programs or methods have you used to get so strong in the past. What has worked, what hasn't. have you tried a traditional sheiko template/program? Also do you have any nutritional considerations? Do you count protein etc? -- Edited by deanr...
