I consider my Lats to be a major weakness. At the moment I use the standard template with Lats after bench days. Mike, Have you tried the infamous smolov routine? A guy on the powerandbulk forum claims he got a 40kg PR after completing Smolov. I've had a look at the program and it seems insane. Any thoughts.
