Jim Wendlers 531 for powerlifting

Hey Ive been doing Jim wendlers 531 for powerlifting for almost 2yrs. I have recently looked at RTS manual and Im trying to establish a new training schedule. Im wondering if mike can help suggest where to start? How about 5x5 main lifts? with RPEs and fatique stops?? I want to train Squat,deadlift,Bench 2x a week how do I start?
