Confused about a couple things

First, for weekly percentage fatigue is it per lift, upper and lower body, or all together?

also, for running a program long term would you want most of the fatigue to be around 7% per movement or 5%? And does that include accessories?

also, how do you use the spreadsheets that come with the book? I can't figure them out at all..
