Sounds like you had quite the time, Mike! Glad you explained about the 390kg as being strategy. I thought you might have ripped the 2nd pull and decided to go after Kuc's record. I was thinking on my end that you had a mighty big 'pair' on ya. Congrats again. I just hope you showboated a bit on the 1st place platform with a front double bicep pose, sort of like Shepil did when he beat you last year (or was that a few years ago?) and rub it in... LOL. Must have been the best feeling imaginable to see him drop the last pull!

Awesome Mike, I had no idea it was that big!

...and some wonder why you wouldn't want to go multiply and lift at a pro am! LOL

That is so cool Mike!!  Going 7/9 really makes a difference and keeps the pressure on the competition.  I am so stoked for you and glad you shared that with us.

Incredible job!!

If you didn't already know, the new site is up and running. Has been for several months now.... I didn't realize I only made a separate topic on this and didn't put it in my old log. I doubt it will do much good at this point, but just in case....

I think Im going to make extra work less optional. I do these sessions sporadically and my conditioning never gets better (big surprise there). My rotations have gotten better through some miracle. I will leave the workouts highly adaptable until I settle into a good way to plan them. I just need to make sure Im being consistent.
