That's an insane amount of work. I've had 3 hour workouts before, but I was always sitting around for a significant part of it. It would certainly be a gut-check to go non-stop for almost 3 1/2 hours....
It is the most work I have ever done and it has become more mental than physical on many days. Friday and Saturday will be more difficult than words can describe. Either my body will adapt and I will PR big or it will break and I won't. Here is the kicker: this basic template was written for a woman :)
