I'm debating between: Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat S - B - D - B B - D - B - S D - B - S - B
or
Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat S - B - D - B B - D - B - S S - B - D - B
Volume is setup for 8 weeks as: 2-4-3-1-3-2-2-1 Intensity is setup for as: 2-3-4-2-3-4-2-1

I am actually not a fan of integrating Westside training methods with an appropriate Sheiko template and as such cannot really offer an opinion.
