You would need to be more specific i.e. how far away is the contest date, is it geared or raw, what classification of lifter is the sportsman, etc.
I would advise you to read the Sheiko book that I translated and posted over at Elitefts.com in my training log and then submit your questions so I can better answer them. I hope this helps.
Thanks Eric, will do. I've read the chapter two pretty extensively but I'll definitly read your translation in the next couple days. One question though that I think will depend on the lifter, how long does it take you to get through a workout? I'm doing something that is considerbly less volume and to keep my workout at below 1.5 hours, I have to fly through the workout.
