I don't know if I have asked you this, but do you have any nutrition or supplementation advice? I don't really take a whole lot of stuff but if you know of anything that won't just give me really expensive urine let me know.

Obviously I'm sponsored by Quest Nutrition, so I use their products. But I told them I won't just bull**** people on their behalf. Here's what I think about a few of their products...

BCAA's: They have a BCAA powder that has been fantastic for recovery. It literally surprises me all the time. Especially if you have any soreness, you'll feel the difference in recovery during the day, which is really unusual for me.

HardCore: It's got a mix of some really good stuff in there that helps sleep quality, hormone profiles (ZMA), and some other stuff to help boost recovery.

JSF: It's a joint support formula that actually has a ton of stuff in it to help reduce inflamation and support cartelage (sp?). It's a powder form, so it's more absorbable. I've heard some amazing stories from people who have used this stuff.

Beyond that, I like their Quest Plex for just about anything. Creatine, as always. The vitamin they have is good as well.

Let me know if there are any other specifics you're looking for.

What about Jacked stack 2? Di M Kre. Used it last training cycle, but still added a bit of creatine a few weeks before my last meet. Felt good. Was told I could eliminate my regular creatine as, this product replaces that. I also use the ana-pro.

Any opinion?

Thanks, looking forward to the manual.

I haven't personally used Jacked Stack, but several others on the forum have and they like it. Ana Pro is in the Quest Plex that I use and I like that also.
