I'm reading your book through for the third time to make sure I understand RTS. I'm still working on a template and have a good idea on what to use, but want to understand the system more fully before I begin experimenting. I don't have any upcoming meets until late Spring next year so I have some time to experiment.
One thing that I'm not quite getting and perhaps I'm being too anal is the explanation of percentages on page 16 where the example of 5x5 is roughly 70-75 percent. Are you rounding down or am I just not able to read the graph correctly (which would suck since I have B.S. in statistics and math). Thanks.
The original RPE chart was much more rough than this one is. It did use 70-75% for that rep-RPE combo. This is the newer chart, which is more accurate. I suppose I forgot to change it in that paragraph.
