Mike,
When you are starting a new cycle, do you find the first week is a little bit lower strength wise, because you are relearning the lifts?

I guess it depends on how close the previous movements were (in regards to the motorprogram)

If you change movements, it could take a week or two before you're setting PR's again. That's why I'm so excited if I ever hit PR's on week 1 -- that means there was a great deal of strength gained.
