i've been following the posts on this site daily and getting a feel for program designs.  I have been following the basic template(from manual) for a while now and am making progress.  Wondering about more frequency based training in an off-season setting with next bench-only meet in April.  Thanks, and I admire the hard work put forth by the lifters in this forum.

Sorry, but I'm not sure what your question is.

Maybe if I got a good night's sleep, my reading comprehension would be better... sorry.

Sorry, I think I was half asleep when I typed the question.  I am wanting to set-up my training for a bench-only meet.  Right now I have a bottom-end day(Tuesday) and a lockout day(saturday).  I recover rather quickly and am looking to add more bench work.  What would you suggest as far as what I should focus on, what day should I add this extra work, intensity, etc?  I am a little over 3 months out from competition.

It's hard to say for sure in this kind of format. If you want to look at some more specific examples of how you might set up a bench only template is to look at Chad McMullin's training log (early on, at least).

As far as what a real template might look like, that is dependant on a lot of things (time available, why you're bench only, and recovery rates to start with) so yours could possibly look vastly different from his, but it should give you an idea of where to start.
