Hey I train with alot of people so I know alot of exercise to increase my bench.I just turn 19 and bench raw 275 at 132 and 290 at 148.Can somebody give new exercise to improve my bench.Thank You For Helping!

Probably not what you want to hear, but it has a lot less to do with what exercises you do and a lot to do with how you program them, with what volumes and intensities you program them, and what your current needs are as an athlete.
