i talked with mike and decided i wanted to start posting my log here again i hate the internet and all the cry babys on it so i figured here i wouldnt have to hear a bunch of babies crying about the sport they chose to do.

dip challenge, this was retarded i think i did around 200 dips or more
keg throw over 13ft bar lots of sets of one couple sets one handed
huge warm up feeling great sldl 265x10 375x10 425x10 375x10 felt like **** could not get into a decent posistion like i did last week and 425 was a heavy set of 10 which sucks ass because i should have been able to do 455x10
anderson squat got up to 405x3 and my hip popped leaving my screwed for the rest of the workout changed to anderson front squats got 315 2x1 not bad i guess
walking lunges 155 100 total steps box jumps and GHR
everytime i start trying to get heavy in the squat i end up with a ****ed up hip. my hip has been destroyed since that 735 suit squat. deadlifting doesnt hurt but squatting sure srews it up. I have been told in the past to stop squatting and i havent taken the advice well after an emergency trip to the chiro tonight due to my hip locking up so bad i could barely walk i have decided to go ahead and not squat for a while so walking lunges will be my primary source of leg work

i think two full body days a week was a bad idea and since i cant seem to get in a good workout durning the week im going to make some more changes
saturday is king right now OH DL and events are done here. durning the week im going to work on getting bigger and in better shape. im also going to organize my training differently since i seem to get better as the workout goes on.
finally a good training day durning the week! lets just see if i can keep it up.
got to the gym and just for ****s and giggles i closed the number 3 COC again because there were some wannabe hardass crossfat guys trying but not even getting close.
