Hi everyone,I am very new to this routine so forgive any questions that should be obvious, I will not be getting my copy of reactive training manual until my friend comes back from the states (postage costs almost double the book if I was to get ot sent to mine so I have to wait). In the mean time I wanted to get my routine in order before it comes:
I train 3x per week and my current routine is:
1ohp,Light Bench,chins
2Sq,Light Dl, abs
3Sq,bench,rows
4Light Sq,bench,dl
Is this the done thing on this routine or should I make a 3day routine if I am training 3x per week?
From what I understand the light days will change when I begin this program and it seems assistance work gets a bit more attention in the routine compared to what I do.
I prefer competing raw so would like to set my training that way.
