Zimbra to MBOX Converter supports different types of file formats like PST, EML, EMLX, HTML, PDF, NSF, OLM, MSG, etc.
Software retains email meta properties such as recipient, Bcc, subject, date, time, attachment, etc. during the conversion process.
The tool supports more than 20 MBOX based email clients such as Thunderbird, SeaMonkey, Apple Mail, Opera Mail, Entourage, Eudora, Spicebird, etc.

Login with Zimbra Webmail account.

From Navigation, bar click on the Preferences button.

Now from the drop-down list click on the Export/Import.

Under the Export panel selects the Data Files.

In last, use the Export button to Extract the TGZ file.
