Gli utenti possono facilmente unire file PST in blocco con l'aiuto di KDETools PST Merge Tool. Puoi combinare elementi PST come contatti e-mail, calendari, allegati, attività, note, cartelle, ecc. L'utente può salvare un file PST separato nel percorso di destinazione desiderato sul tuo sistema. Gli utenti possono convertire file di grandi dimensioni in quanto non vi è alcun limite di dimensione del file.

If you need to merge multiple PST files manually, you can follow these general steps:

 

Open Microsoft Outlook and create a new blank PST file.

In Outlook, select File > Open & Export > Import/Export.

In the Import and Export Wizard, select "Import from another program or file" and then click "Next".

Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and then click "Next".

Click "Browse" to locate the PST file you want to merge, and then click "Next".

Choose the option "Do not import duplicates" and then click "Next".

Select the folder you want to import and click "Finish".

Repeat steps 3-7 for each PST file you want to merge.

Once you have imported all the desired PST files into the new blank PST file, you can rename it and move it to the desired location.

You can now open the new merged PST file in Outlook to access all the emails, contacts, and other data from the original PST files.
