Best benching to date. Things are really looking up. The strength will be there on contest day. I just need to fine tune all of my technique, set up, and diet. I will be good to go.
Easing off the shoulders a bit to make sure that they are all healed up before worlds. I am pretty sure that the 470 for 2 reps is a PR, but I am not certain.
I see you havent slowed down at all in the last month. I cant wait to see what you do here at the worlds.
Thanks a lot. It felt freaking heavy. The shirt work I've been doing has really been going well. The only thing that sucks about it is that I do all of my shirt work on Mondays so I am pretty much useless for the rest of the week. It makes me tired and my nervous system screams at me the other 3 days of benching. LOL
