Thursday and Friday - Did 80% avg intensity at high stress

Monday - Bench / Triceps

Equipped Bench Press
540 x2 @7
575 x2 @7.5
605 x3 @9-10...PR!!!!!
605 x2 @10...touched both
540 x3 @9...paused the last one

Close Grip Bench Press + Monster Mini Bands
245 x6 @8
305 x8 @10

Really good session tonight. I am amping up for a big lift. I feel really good right now physically even after training so heavy. That is a good sign!

I went just a little too heavy on these this week.

Raw Box Squat - no belt
375 x5 @7
405 x4 @7
430 x5 @8, but a light 8
405 x4 @7

SLDL - no belt

405 x8 @8.5

Good session. Went at a decent pace. Need to adjust days training after shirt work.

PR on the board press.  Shoulders are feeling good as well.  My insertions are feeling really good.  I can't believe it.

Best benching to date. Things are really looking up. The strength will be there on contest day. I just need to fine tune all of my technique, set up, and diet. I will be good to go.

Machine Military Press
100 x6 @6

Easing off the shoulders a bit to make sure that they are all healed up before worlds. I am pretty sure that the 470 for 2 reps is a PR, but I am not certain.

Thanks a lot.  It felt freaking heavy.  The shirt work I've been doing has really been going well.  The only thing that sucks about it is that I do all of my shirt work on Mondays so I am pretty much useless for the rest of the week.  It makes me tired and my nervous system screams at me the other 3 days of benching.  LOL
