Thanks a lot guys. I am not too sure where this is all coming from. Maybe I should be experimenting with smaller phases more often. This may give me a chance to create longer mesocycles.  I'll have to try this a little more often and try to piece together something a little different. I may not deload as often either...We'll see. I have plently of time to think about it.

Tuesday - Extra and Conditioning

Running & Walking
.5 miles @8:19 pace
.15 miles @20:00 pace
.5 miles @8:34 pace
.15 miles @20:00 pace
.25 miles @8:34 pace
.5 miles @15:00 pace

Low Row
240 x12
260 x12
280 x10
I don't think that anyone at the base gym had seen anyone make that much weight look so easy. LOL

Stability Ball Situps
35lbs x20
45lbs x15
I would like to use the 45lb plate more, but I will once I can get a 35lb plate for 3x20...shouldn't take too long.

External Rotation
15s x15
20s x15
I will try to bring this up over time...I'll use 20s more often once 15s x2x20 is easier...

Chair Leg Curls
x3x12...PR!!! Getting a lot better at this.

Close Grip Bench Press

345 x4 @7.5
385 x3 @8
425 x3 @10

Real nice workout...wanted to put the shirt on, but I didn't want to risk blowing up my eyes again or making my face beat red. My best friend is getting married in michigan this weekend and his wife would be pissed. So, I opted for a 2 board press and hit a really big PR of 500lbs. It was a little sloppy, but I'll count it!

I really wanted 570 in the squat, but I didn't get to squat friday and I felt a little rusty. I half expected to lift a little ****ty, but I do think that 550-555 would have gone...which still wouldn't have been all that bad. All I know is that my raw squat is looking much better since the last mesocycle.

I may go heavy in the deadlift wednesday, so I didn't push the legs too far. I may do some benching with more band/chain tension too. We'll see.

Just kinda taking this week as a transition and then deloading next week until I get tested on a 1.5 mile run. Running blows.

Nice workout Monday. Looked very strong on the presses and squat. As usual my workouts are much better lifting with you guys than in my basement by myself.

Hey guys...I am back! The internet here at Maxwell has been CRAP, so I finally am able to get on. I won't post EVERY workout between the last time I posted, but here are the highlights and lowlights.

LOWS:
Squat has been **** so far. My knees are aching terribly, however I did run a total of 2.5 miles today with some discomfort. Deadlifting is up in the air. I started to yesterday, but I think that I'll squat and dead when I feel the most fresh. No need in breaking something down to the point of no return.

HIGHS:
Its been real bad ass getting to train with Mike T. He is very inspiring to watch lift and a really cool guy. He definitely has a spirit that I have never seen in anyone else.

I put the shirt on yesterday and hit a PR 555x3@9, then 525 x4@9. That was really good. I did do a couple of paused close grip sets with 400x3@9-10. I haven't done those in a while. From here out...as long as the internet is on...I'll post my workouts individually.

Hope my boys back home are training hard.

THANKS PERRY.

Thursday - Bench / Shoulders

Wide Grip 1 Board Press
365 x4 @8
400 x3 @8
435 x3 @10
405 x4 @10
405 x4 @9 A bit better

Seated Military Press
135 x a lot

I didn't have a whole lot of time to train tonight. I had a little 40 minute window in there to lift. So I guess I didn't do bad considering.

I tried 435 x4, but it wasn't in the cards. I really think that I am a little tired and dehydrated at this point. I am not sure if I will train tomorrow of Sat/Sun. I need to squat and deadlift soon. My knees are feeling a little better, but we will be playing some field games tomorrow. I may go to the pool also this weekend to potentially work out some pains. I am hoping that I can physically get accustomed to the schedule here soon so the PR train starts rolling again!

Also, I've been getting texts on Mike's squat tonight. HOLY ****!!!! HE IS A MACHINE!

Did 15 easy pullups during PT later this week. Felt like I could have gone over 20 pretty easily. Not bad for not doing pullups is a couple years.

Saturday - Deadlift / Bench / Squat

Raw Deadlift @9 - Low-Med. Stress
525 x3 @8
570 x3 @9 ****TY ASS BARS ON BASE...wanted 5, but no knurling
570 x2 @9
525 x5 @8.5

6 inch lockouts @8
425 x5 @7
515 x5 @8
540 x5 @9
515 x5 @8

Wide Stance Squat
315 x5
405 x8 @8.5

External Rotations
15s x2x15...getting much easier

Decline Situps
BW x25
10lbs x15

Surprisingly not a bad session considering how my legs have been feeling lately. The knees didn't hurt at all during either the deads or squats. I think that I am going to like wide stance squatting. Depending on the curriculum for next week, I'd really like to get into my squat suit early on. It seems that I sweat A LOT during PT and I may not be hydrating fast enough before training. I need to hit a good equipped bench set early in the week too. Hopefully on Monday or Tuesday I can get the shirt on and hit a good 4 reps @10. I'd really like to F'in destroy a PR in the equipped bench and I feel one coming on. I'll give it a go and see what happens. We'll see though. Lifting lately has been hard to find time for, so I am thinking that weekends are more suited for me to train, especially if the weekdays are taking some energy from me.
