Wish I could help with the wraps. I'm not real familiar with ATP or Titan's stuff.

Don't you mean "METAL's stuff" instead of "Titan's stuff"?

I am telling Pete!

Yes. I meant Metal.

Come on... as much as I write, I'm allowed to have a slip once in a while!

Nice to see you are posting here for the time being. My computer would not load your posts on the other website for some reason so I was unable to view you progress.

Hi Eric,

Thankyou for letting us know, you've been a wealth of information and knowledge there and I hope you can continue to do so elsewhere. You've helped me out more than you could know. Keep us updated.

My posting here will not be fleeting.  I plan on posting here as long as I am powerlifting :)

Thanks for the kind words, Mark.

There should be a post on Powerlifting Watch soon (today or tomorrow?) that explains things somewhat.

Eric,
I was wondering how much ALC and L-tyrosine do you take before training?
I saw you ask about knee wraps on Elitefts.  I have found APT's strangulator knee wraps to be excellant out of the bottom of the squat.

Robert:

I hate to post dosages because everything that I do nutritionally has been customized for me.  I have taken the Neurogistics neurotransmitter test so the amounts I take are quite specific.  I hope you understand, but I would hate for someone to take the amounts I take and have something happen and then lead it back to "Well, Eric said to take X much".

I will be wearing the new Titan Max-RPM knee wraps at the Clash of the Titans II in April, but I did hear from several folks that the APT Strangulators are the real deal.  I appreciate the input, brother!

G.P.P./Developmental S.P.P./Restoration

I was judging at a R.A.W. United meet all day yesterday, so that is why I am doing this work on Sunday instead of Saturday.

*Walking the dogs: 60 minutes X 2 sets(morning and evening).

* l-tyrosine 30 minutes before G.P.P.

*Elliptical x 20 minutes at a heart rate of 130-140

Developmental S.P.P. Circuit:

*Standing Abdominals x 10
*Obliques x 10
*Pull ups x 5
*Shoulder Presses x 10
*Biceps x 10
*Triceps x 10
*Delt Raises x 10
*Rear Delt Raises x 10
*Scapula Retraction x 10
*External Rotation x 10
*Forearms (palms up and down) x 10
*Calves x 10

I went from one exercise to the next and to the next until the circuit was complete and then I started over again for a total of 4 circuits. I will decrease it week by week now that I am in the competition cycle.  When I am 10 days out I will cease all G.P.P. and developmental S.P.P. work besides walking the dogs.

*Out in the sun with the dogs x 20 minutes.

*Meditation/Visualization x 15 minutes
(roughly)

*Contrast shower x 10 minutes

*Subliminal meditation CD while going to bed

Yes I am.

I will be wearing the new Titan Max-RPM wraps.  We plan to have a video of it all.  My new sponsors should be on site and filming the Skills Evaluation as well as talking with Dave and myself about various topics.  I will post the video in my log.

*Relaxation massage x 60 minutes. We worked on my digestive/eliminative zone as well as my nerve zone; because of the 6 zones those were the ones that showed up lacking a bit in todays assessment.

*Out in the sun with the dogs x 20 minutes

*Meditation/Visualization x 15 minutes
(roughly)

*Contrast shower x 10 minutes

*Subliminal meditation CD while going to bed
