10/10 I raised the box jumps by 3" from last week and nailed all the same weights! I really like doing these and am definitely going to continue them along with other plyo work. I really want to build up an explosive base with some oly movements and plyo movements..no particular reason behind it really I just want to. The squat felt awesome today, hitting 315 for 12.. Cleans felt solid, snatch's felt the best they have ever felt. Front Squats also felt as good as they have ever felt.
