Currently I wear a Titan Centurion and a Katana. I've got some Super Katana's on the way that I'll try out. I wear Titanium knee wraps and THP wrist wraps. I squat and bench wearing Safe's Contender squat shoes and I deadlift in wrestling shoes. I don't currently have a DL suit, but I'm working on finding something that works.
As far as my template, currently it looks like this:
Monday Suit Squat Raw Bench Triceps Supplement (currently flat back floor press)
Have you worn the F6 shirt before and how do you think it compares to Katana?
Reason being I have an F6 shirt at the moment my first and only shirt which is lose but Im doing well in it but all my training partners use Katana and they say you'll lift more weight in it and grooves better
To me, the groove was very similar. I'm not sure about the new Super Katana -- I haven't tried it yet. It is a lot stronger shirt than the F6 for sure.
This isn't the proper place for this question, but since you placed your current template in here I have a question to ask about it.
In the template in PLUSA and before Nationals I notice you do shirt bench before the heavy suit squats. Now in your current template you have 3 days between suit squats and shirt bench.
I have trained with a Westside template for 2.5 years and all 3 lifts went up dramatically but I feel I have more potentional. When I do heavy squats, I find that I am a little fried and sore to hit shirt bench one or two days later. I have spotters on Mondays and Wednesdays and usually do heavy squats on Monday and heavy bench on Wednesday (a la Westside). The problem and my question is - any suggestions on how to fit the suited squat on Monday and shirt bench on Wednesday and what the rest of the template could look like. The best days for me are M, W, F and either Sat or Sun due to family obligations. Thanks for your time.
PS I could possibly switch the shirted bench to monday and suit squat to wednesday. I wonder what that template might look like as well. I'm getting the gist of your template, but piecing it together to suit my needs - well I guess i'm lacking creative juices here.
