At the moment I use the standard template with Lats after bench days. At the moment I use Bent over rows on the Raw bench day and Chinups/pull ups on the Equipped bench day.
They are usually 4-5 sets of 5-12 reps.
Do you think there is a limit on the amount of exercises on one session?
I was thinking of adding dumbell rows on the Equipped bench day for extra work.
I wouldn't go overboard on the volume here, remember that most Deadlift Primary and -Assistance also targets the lats to a great degree. I would go easy on the rows and work more chins/pullups, but that's just me.
