I write doubled monster minis as = 'MM', instead of 'mm' = regulars

Ok... and as for the tension, do you know what they are rated at? I ordered them off of ironwoodyfitness.com and they had no tension on the page that I was looking at, only length. I got the 20", rather than looping the 41" over the bar.

Man I am really not sure. I got mine from EliteFTS. I think that they are rate at around 100lbs doubled for the pair together.

Got my 48 titan katana in today that I ordered through Jamie Emberley. I put it on myself and the support is insane. Ha I dont know how much wieght it is going to take to even touch to boards. Going to take a looooong time to get good with this.

Hi Jordan,

From looking through your logs it looks like you stick mainly to singles during the intensity phase. Is there any reason behind this? Seems to work very welll for you just curious...

Thanks

Mark

Actually it is something I probably should mix up more. To compensate a bit for this, I make sure I use sets of 5's in my volume phase to make sure I am getting an appropriate ammount of workload in. I used to always lift with singles before I trained RTS (basically gym training was like a gigantic intensity cycle) so when I get an opportunity to train in the intensity cycle, I naturally go back to singles since I enjoy them. They seem to work well for my progress too. I think I need to add in the doubles and triples though to lighten the stress though before I hurt myself.

405x3@7
Add wraps
500x3@8
550x3@9.25 Pr!
500x3@8.5

7" Deficit pull: x1@9-10
315x1@6
405x1@7
495x1@8
565x1@8.5
605x1@10  Pr!

Reverse band close grip:x3@9-10
135x2x5
225x5
315x1@7
Add bands
315x3@7
365x3@8
405x3@8 Pr!
425x3@9.25 Pr 435x1 full out last week.
425x3@10 Hit pegs on first rep. Definately didnt make it any easier.

Woke up today feeling run down. Didn't have the normal pre-workout addrenaline rush and excitement that I normally get. Just thankful that I got some good Pr's on everything I did today. Never thought I would say it but I am looking forward to getting to volume. Judging by my 550x3 set of squats today, I could have hit a Pr at 600+ in B+W'S. Made a great jump in my pressing work again. I sure hope this contiunes.

I have been stuck at at 240-241 pounds for months now so i stopped weighing myself (whats the point). A guy at work asked me how much more bulking I was going to do for lifting and I said I am maintaining my weight. He told me I looked thicker so I weighed myself today this morning. 260!! WTF! I guess I am no longer going to be lifting in the 110's. Ha I have zero idea where and why I gained 20 pounds in this short period of time, but that certainly explains the strength increases. Not too sure If i am happy or not about this...

Intensity cycle 3
Day 10 of 12

Equipped bench:x1@???
225x2x2 warmup
315x2x2 warmup@7
Add katana
405x1@7 not even close to touching
455x1@8 no touch
475x1@8.5 closer
500x1@9 paused 45# Better than I have ever done in a shirt. 1/2 from touching.
520x0@10 Had the rep. Lost it towards my face. Thank you spotter!
Called it there. Not used to the shirt work and my elbows started to hurt. Very happy with the results though.

Widegrip raw bench:x1@9-10 Really slow negatives because of sore elbows.
225x1@6
275x1@7
315x1@7
365x1@8
385x1@9
405x1@9.5 Pr! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BsX88kLYE2k
415x1@10 40# Pr since benching raw last with comp grip!
385x1@9.5 3 second pause.

WG pull ups
x12

Equipped- Put the shirt on myself which is pretty tight from using Mikes tutorial. Went on easy. Coming off was like a bull in a china store. I looked like I was trying to escape from a straight jacket. I have to learn how to touch lighter weights for opening attempts, but I know see what SUPPORT from a shirt means. 500 exceded any expectations I had today.

Raw wide grip- Sore elbows forced me to really go slow on negatives. Really happy to hit over 4 plates FINALLY. Self liftoff on reps as well.

Oh ****! That bench is getting scary! Keep working it how you've been. You are doing great. How does the added frequency feel?

Actually since I started benching more my injury in my chest has not bothered me at all. Seems to keep it stretched right out. Also since you added the extra frequency my bench has gained daily. So i would say it is doing good. Plus since I am gaining, I actually ENJOY bench now, so the more work the better.

Intensity cycle 3
Day 11 of 12
Equipped deadlift: x1@9-10
315x1x2 warmup
405x1@6
495x1@7
Add suit
495x1@7
585x1@7
675x1@8
751x1@10 26 POUND PR! This will be a national record if done in comp.
Took a video but the memory space died when the bar was at my knees. Pissed me off but oh well.
675x1@9

Boxsquat:x1@9-10
315x1
405x1@7
500x1@9
500x1@9.5

Machine row
Stack is 300
x15

Doubled red band pull-aparts
x12,10

DONE

Deads went well. I did not feel like training today and did not feel strong. I think I have 8 plates in me right now on a top notch day. Either way it is hard to be upset with back to back 20+ pound Pr's.

Boxsquats- Energy died. I got some decent singles then called it there. Just wanted to shower and eat.

Your a freak Jordan, big things to come from you in the DL. That would of beat Nicholls 125kg 340kg deadlift (you can get records by 0.5kg now), only 6kg to go before the biggest pull in the country...346kg.
