Just curious if you continue your excercises right through a complete mesocycle, or do you change from volume to intensity block?

It depends. At first, I reccomend that you keep the same movement all the way through, especially if you're doing short volume/intensity blocks. If they're long blocks or you've tried it a couple times and you think a more frequent rotation would be better... feel free to give it a try and let me know what you think!
