WOW. That is the coolest thing I've seen in a while. I was wondering how I was going to train a shirt by myself. I'll have to practice that. Thanks a lot Mike!

Greetings!!!!

    New guy and first time post. I train alone and have done similar things as Mike in order to unrack etc but and have done shirt work alone. I either use an open back or struggle big time to put on a closed back.However, thanks to this videos I just picked up a few things that will help. Very innovating. Thank you for sharing.

 I am looking forward to gaiing some knowlege here
