I ordered the RTM from Brent Mikesell and got it withing a week of ordering with standard shipping. If you order express you usually have it 2 days after the order is placed.. I only had to pay 4$ extra in shipping so I thought that was very reasonable. I really like having the manual af a hardcopy. i bring it with me everywhere and read it during commute to training or work.
The manual is worth every cent, as everything is applicable to your own training and is adaptable to any training plan.
