Deload Week - Ending with test day

That is a small ammount of weight gain. I can be 245 when I first wake up, then be 258 before bed.

Operation pee pee pants- NICE!

I know, huh? Even if Chris wasn't a good lifter, I'd read his log just for the jokes.

Deload Week - Test Day on Saturday
Day 3

Morning weight: 276.8
Afternoon weight: 279.8

Super Hydration:
- Almost woke up today in the 125 s and I have only just hydrated for one day.
- If I would have taken it easy last night at supper there is no doubt in my mind I would have made it even today.
- This is great info for the future. Next time I will wait to super hydrate until 2-3 days before weigh in.
- I can almost do this without the dehydration day.

350 x3
380 x3
405 x3

Paused Competition Raw Bench
- (60%\65%\70%) x3
240 x3
260 x3
280 x3

Deadlift No Belt
- (60%\65%\70%) x3
415 x3
445 x3
480 x3

Total Training time: 45 Min

Hey Jon
No unfortunately I was injured and couldn't compete at provincials, and therefore can't compete at nationals.

A neat thing that is happening in Ontario for the next nationals, is there will be two opportunities to qualify, as they are changing the date of Provincials to January in 2010, but there will still be a provincials in October of 2009 as well.

Chris

I guess in retrospect I could have taken token lifts at provincials, but I really really hate doing that! I have done that before and it is a really crappy feeling!

Yah its hard on the ego and people tend to frown upon it, even if its neccesary in Provinces with the "must attend Provincals" rule. In Alberta we ammended the rule to include Westerns, which gives lifters another chance to qualify.

Not a huge loss though, you'll be ready for 2010 Nationals which will likely be back in Ontario...not many are making the trip to Moose Jaw.
