Titan Squat Shoes

Possibly a strange question but for anyone who wears the Titan Squat Shoes what is the heel height on the shoes and how does it compare to an oly squat shoe?  Thanks in advance.

Just to add to this question but do those shoes come in any width as well. Like EEE or EEEE or even more.

Are you talking about the Safe's squat shoes?

The SAFE shoes I own (in metric) 2.5cm at the heel 1cm at the front.

I dont find it as high as my eleiko shoes, and I prefer it that way.
Enough of a heel to allow good depth, but flat enough to help minimise knee travel.

Oh an 10000000 times more stable.

One of the safe shoes comes in an extra wide(SST)

Has anybody ever ordered the SST in the extra wide format. I am looking at getting some but I am not sure how to go about ordering in terms of width.

I have to wear New Balance shoes right now a size 13 EEEE because its the only shoe that fits width wise.

If I were to order squat shoes would I order the same shoe size as I wear?

I am affraid to go tighter because if anything is tight on my foot at all it goes numb and painfull in less than 1 minute so I think I should be going the same shoe size as I wear but was mostly wondering if they made the squat shoes the same size as regualar shoes

I'd give them a call and talk to them (couldn't find the number -- start by calling Titan).

Really because they charge more than going threw safe to get the shoes. Not much more they just charge 15$ for a size 13 where as safe only applies the 15$ at size 14+.

Unless its bad to go threw safe even though they make the shoe.

I have read comments with people having trouble when going threw safe but those seem to be resolved.

I know for sure when ordering threw Titan that it takes forever to get your stuff so If I could avoid it that would be great. I might try to go threw the canadian distributor of Titan but I dont know if he carries the shoes and I doubt he does.

I will be giving them a call when I am ready to order. Prob the beginning of next month. I am budgeting it out and trying to see if I can afford it even though my I have to do the final payment when I get my power rack and mats for my home gym in a couple of weeks. I just wish everything was cheaper or that I made alot more money.

Then try going through Safe. I just always went through Titan -- I didn't even know Safe had an interface of their own.

From what I have been reading those are suited or close stance squaters and not wide stance which is why I am looking at the SST. How wide do you squat?

One of my buddies uses the adistar as well and he loves them but he suggested since I squat really wide to go another route

yes i use a close stance, for a wider stance shoe with heel are not the best i think, chuck or skate shoes are better, cos the motion is different.
but i know wide stance squatter with adistar.
just try and you will see.
i used to squat with a middle stance but since i use adistat i reduce my stance unconsciously.
in the past i squat very wide, i was wearing chuck !
