Today was a pretty good day. I got 355 for 4 with another rep left in the tank on the bench. That puts me about where I was when I started before I overtrained myself and got sick. 365 is my PR and I think I could have tied it but probably not beat it. I didn't want to miss any lifts so I settled for 355 for 2 sets of 4. My squat is moving up pretty nicely. 445 was one of those border line 9-10 so I just said 10.

Another good day. I think my floor press is stronger than my flat bench which is really strange because I can normally do around 10% more in the flat bench

This was a combination of Monday's and Wednesdays workouts. I will not be able to train on Wednesday so I squeezed the bench work in. I also skipped squats due to my back acting up on me. I hope to get my squat session in on Friday if not I will just have to start over on Monday.
Been about a month since I last updated my log due to ridiculous work schedule... Here is what I have done so far this week.

Great day for the squat! My squat weight is getting real close to my pre injury and heavier body weight days. The heaviest weight I took during my training cycle was 455 which is pretty ridiculous... Looks like I can make gains on my squat at this point using a relatively low percentage of my max. Decent day for the bench at least I am back up to my base line weight. I dipped below 415 for a while due over training and not being honest about RPEs. I rated it a 10 but I probably had another 5-10 pounds in me. It wasn't a grider by any means... just didn't want to miss a lift in training.
Thanks Mike it was actually quite a surprise... I feel like I did before injury, a few weeks ago the light bulb clicked on and I seemed to be able to use the muscles in my low back and stomach to maintain my arch. Sounds kind of strange but I think they were crippled from the injury... That and a sold programming.
