Oh btw my workout lasted about 2 hours. Right now Im reading Kelso's Shrug Book. I just got in the mail today. I wasnt expecting much from a $15 book but its almost 100 pages and I definitely have learned some new things from it so far.

This workout took me about 1 hour and 50 minutes. I hit 2 PRs so I was happy about that. I took yesterday off and took my Dad to the amusement park as a bonus Father's Dayu present. Had some fun riding some roller coasters. I thought I had a pretty good workout today.

Thats it. I helped a woman out with her ab routine today. It felt good to help somebody. I taught her the kneeling rope crunches I do sometimes. This workout took me about 2 hours, maybe a little less. I was happy with my progress and the 2 PRs. It felt good to be able to help somebody else out too. Pretty good day I'd say.

Thats it for today. Took me about 2 hours to do all this. Im looking forward to taking Saturday and Sunday off. 4 days in a row at the gym was hard on me. I missed Monday so I had to go Tuesday-Friday everyday.
This took me about 2 hours. I talked a good bit today. I had a good workout though. I was happy with my 450X2 with knee wraps, which was a PR. I walked about 1.5 miles after I came home. Peace Everybody.

bench press(raw) 135X10 235X5 335X1(I lifted it off myself and did it with no spotter) 350X1(I had a spotter. Blew it up quick and pretty easy. I havent got this much weight since October of last year. I was happy. Not a PR though, Ive done 375 raw ) 365X0( I couldnt get this one. stalled about half way up after I touched my chest) 315X3(Thats a 3 rep PR for me)
