I wanted to get another exercise in but I was already there 2 hours so I called it a day. The deadlifts really tested me. I was glad with how much I put into those. I got nabbed for some spots by a friend and ran into the guy that talks about NHL hockey. So I wasted some time there. I gotta get a mp3 player or something so people BS with me less. Its nice to be social but also I want to get my workouts completed. Peace.

What are your goals? You mention wanting a Powerlifting gym, but your training seems to be oriented to bodybuilding (not a problem at all -- I am just curious).
