One other idea, and I apologize if this is something you've tried and is obvious: I use a cue of "spreading the floor apart" while squatting, so I'm actively pushing down and out through my feet. That automatically pushes the knees into position for me.
Bob. I focused on keeping the knees apart, but didnt really think or spreading the floor apart. That seems like a smart way to try to implant it into my mind. I have some squats tommorow so I will try everything listed on this page.

I have seen some PL, but their position is like the Olympic lifters. World champion lift (Priscilla Ribic, she used to train with us) actually propose to do, I know a lot of time.
