Deadlift- 345x5, cut it off...knee was not happy whatsoever Leg press 225x20 2 sets TKE w/light band- 2 sets of 20
1A) 8 sets of 14 crunches 1B) 8 sets of 14 back raises
Well today obviously wasn't a good day, and I finally had the brains to shut things down with the knee, I will not be doing any lower body work that involves it (deadlifts and anything involving the quad) until it fully heals again. I've had problems with this knee in the past, then they totally went away when I was doing strongman and stayed away through RTS. Then I took that little spill with 515 in my suit and it hasn't been the same since. Oh well, setbacks happen, I'll just work back up like I did last time.
To put things in perspective, I did 240x5 and 260x3 about 3 months ago. This beats last time's 245x7 but not 230x10, but I'm better at higher reps so I'm still happy about this.

20 min on elliptical
Haven't done rowing in a real long time, but figured I should add a third lift since the lower body stuff is on pause. I went to see Wolverine last night...as a film it was horrible, but was incredibly entertaining.
Military press- 105x5, 120x5, 140x10...PR (est max 186, +11 from start) then 4 sets of 10 with 95...this sucked!
DB "pjr" pullovers- 2 sets of 20 with 30lb 20 min incline walking, 12%, 2.8mph
I didn't feel like loading less than 95lb on the bar so I didn't get all 5 sets of 10, whatever. The 140x10 took a lot out of me...I was shaking all over after the set, awesome. I'm skipping deloading since I'll be at a retreat without weights in 2 weeks anyway.
