is taking an entire week off of everything a good or bad idea? i haven't taken an entire week off in forever and I feel like it might be a good idea to implement this a couple times a year.
i am deloading this week and am just wondering whether I should:
1. take it all off
2. lift just monday (light sq/bp)
3. lift just wednesday (light sq/bp)
4. or lift monday and wednesday with light isolation lifts for 12-20 reps.
I wouldn't recommend an ENTIRE week off. If you need some additional restoration, I would still do GPP stuff and work up to about 50% on the contest lifts just to keep your form.
