Well said Mike. I agree with you. I hope to compete like you do drug free someday and do my best. I got a question about your solo training. What do you do to prevent getting pinned by heavy weights? Sometimes I have not wanted to ask for spots and I got pinned on decline bench and flat bench but luckily there were people around to pull the weights off me. I'd like to prevent that stuff and if I am ever at a point where I have to train alone, Id like to know what to do to prevent that stuff. I wanna go heavy of course like for example when Im benching. I dont wanna stop at 335 if I can do 355. But I also dont wanna try 355 if I cant get 355. Other than using safety racks I cant think of anything else. Thanks. Peace.
Its not RAW when wearing knee wraps. But for a safety factor, walking out of the rack with 600lbs, I believe knee wraps are needed. I vote for knee wraps in RAW competitions just as a safety factor.
