well i called it in here...things were feeling heavier and stiff....went for high stress last week and was planning for low stress this week but mondays workout i cause more stress then i thought so it ****ed this workout out...funny cause at the exact same time last cycle i felt like poo as well...defenitely something to note
conv deads are feeling pretty good...next week is a big week....will be trying for my first real pr on the chains cause i established a mark to beat last cycle where i missed a triple...hoping to get it!!!!...squats felt like poo from deads and general poo lol

so this is amazing....some big lifts for me....was gonna say...ill go for 5 then at that point ill make a decision to do another one or not....well after the first set i was confused as if i did 5 or 6....maybe cause i was in disbelief on how well the set went lol....so took a good break and then did it again...which def told me that the first set was 6 indeed...so having another rep left this should put me at 420+ for max....gonna take it easier for a week or two then start some intensity...pec needs a little rest...really happy though....

well i called the deads in here...was gonna do a heavier set for PR and some more squats but this felt ****ty...i had a long drinking weekend at the cottage....and missed mondays workout cause i still felt like **** and did it today...but felt pretty beat still and i have to squat in two days....so ill try and go for the pr on the dead next week
