DONE lol...had to sort of rush squats again...i have to switch my main squat day to monday cause that monolift in our rack is causing some problems for me... didnt do much today...want to have a real strong week next week...gonna go for 616x3 on the b/w squat...we'll see how she goes
well ive have been really thinking about that last deadlift...i missed it last cycle...and wanted it...i got it....but still not the biggest celebration...cause my grip slid some on the last one......i tried to stay upright cause better for grip...which i did successfully...but i hit a dead stop an inch away from lockout...and i think i naturally said ...the only way to lock it out is to let it lower in the hand...would like to have done it over again and just failed an inch away if couldnt get it up but have a good grip....live and learn....squats were nice...did the 486 easier then last cycle...this time i think id get 1 for sure and last time it was up in the air sooo...one more big lift on thursday then back to volume for a week or two then time to peak for my meet oct 3 or 4 it think...will be taking the chains off now...and trying some geared ones and stuff....will analyze soon...
lol well this was my hardest set on squat in looooooooong time....just grinded it out lol....nothing left after this one....but ya that caps off the intensity cycle....was a good week...got wat i wanted
