Training Time
Permalink

This has eluded me for some time. I thought that training time, like most other things, would be completely individualized. I attempted to find average times under certain conditions (i.e. intensity, using 1 min breaks between sets, 3-4 min breaks between exercises, etc), and find that most times averaged out at about 20-25 minutes. Is this accurate enough to continue with, or is there a better way to calculate training time into your next workout? It seems logical, but perchance there's a piece I'm missing to this puzzle...anyone?

Training time can be individualized, but I wouldnt worry about it too much as it already takes a lot of factors into account. And the intention isnt really to be a stress governor anyway its intended to just make sure youre not resting all day in order to skew the Fatigue Percents. If you keep that purpose in mind, I think messing with it very much would just be busy work.
