I lost a day of rest this week and it took its toll so I didnt have anything left in the tank to pull much more than 405 for 3 reps. Oh well, I look forward to a much needed deload week next week. One week on the beach with the family will be fun. Im going to golf a few times and I havent golfed since this time last year, should be ugly.
