Hello again everybody, to make a long story short my knee is...not cooperative to say the least but I'm still doing the bench thing. Currently I'm at Middlebury College studying Russian intensively...technically me posting is against the rules since English is entirely forbidden but I like having a record of my training. I'd post in Russian but I don't know the names of the lifts.
Pins were probably too high but it sure was fun to handle that weight, also the next pin down is nearly to my chest, I'll alternate between the two each week.
Just came back from a fun but ultimately unfruitful weekend, need to get my head back in the game, and not just in terms of lifting...Sunday will be a good day for that in all areas.
Found out my grandfather passed away last night, which means I'll be going home Wednesday/Thursday, which means I'll be doing Wednesday's work tomorrow, which means 3 days straight, which means pain. Cool.
Praise God for being healthy enough to lift today. Took yesterday off, short on time and shoulders needed the rest. Everything felt solid today, I think GMs will be my money lower body exercise since they don't aggravate my knee whatsoever.
