If anyone could maybe help me out here that would be great.For 3ct pause deadlifts does one count:1,2,3or1001, 1002, 1003?I have done 3ct pause bench before and have been going the 1001,1002,1003 route and that seems pretty logical for bench.I am just wondering if I should try to follow suit for 3ct pause deadlifts? I just want to make sure before I blow an O-ring doing it wrong
