To convert emails from PST (Personal Storage Table) to MBOX (Mailbox) format manually, you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Export PST file from Microsoft Outlook

Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Go to the File tab in the top left corner and click on Options.

In the Options window, select the Advanced tab and click on the Export button.

Choose Export to a file and click on Next.

Select Microsoft Outlook Data File (.pst) as the file type and click on Next.

Choose the folder(s) you want to export to MBOX format. You can select multiple folders if needed.

Click on Next and choose a location to save the exported PST file. Provide a name for the file and click on Finish. This will create a PST file with all the selected emails.

Step 2: Convert PST to MBOX using a Conversion Tool

Download and install a reliable PST to MBOX conversion tool on your computer. There are several third-party tools available online that can help you with this process.

Launch the conversion tool and locate the PST file that you exported from Outlook in Step 1.

Select the PST file and choose MBOX as the output format.

Choose a location to save the converted MBOX file and click on the Convert button to initiate the conversion process.

Once the conversion is complete, you will have an MBOX file containing all the emails from the PST file.

Step 3: Import MBOX file to an Email Client

Open an email client that supports MBOX file format, such as Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, or Eudora.

Create a new email account or select an existing one where you want to import the MBOX file.

Locate the option to import or add an existing mailbox or folder, and choose the MBOX file that you converted in Step 2.

Follow the on-screen instructions to import the MBOX file into the email client.

Once the import is complete, you should be able to access all the emails from the PST file in the email client in MBOX format.
