To export OST (Offline Storage Table) data to Gmail manually, you can follow these steps:

Convert OST to PST: First, you need to convert the OST file to PST format, which can be imported into Gmail. You can use third-party OST to PST conversion tools to perform this task. These tools allow you to extract data from the OST file and save it as a PST file.

Create a Gmail Account: If you don't have a Gmail account, create one by visiting the Gmail website and following the sign-up process.

Enable IMAP in Gmail: Log in to your Gmail account and go to the "Settings" section. Navigate to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab. Enable the IMAP option and save the changes.

Configure Gmail Account in Outlook: Open Microsoft Outlook and configure your Gmail account by adding it as an IMAP account. Provide your Gmail email address and password, and Outlook will automatically detect the necessary settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Import PST File into Outlook: In Outlook, go to the "File" menu and select "Open & Export" followed by "Import/Export". Choose "Import from another program or file" and click "Next". Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and browse to the location where you saved the converted PST file. Choose the desired options and complete the import process.

Synchronize Outlook with Gmail: Once the PST file is imported into Outlook, the data will be synchronized with your Gmail account. This process may take some time, depending on the size of the data.

Access Data in Gmail: After the synchronization is complete, you can access your OST data in Gmail by logging in to your Gmail account. The imported emails, contacts, and other items will be available in the respective folders.
