To export OST (Outlook Offline Storage Table) files to Gmail, you'll need to follow a two-step process:
Step 1: Convert OST to PST file format
Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Click on "File" in the top menu and select "Open & Export" and then "Import/Export."
Choose "Export to a file" and click "Next."
Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" as the file type and click "Next."
Choose the OST file you want to export and select the desired location to save the PST file.
Click "Finish" to initiate the conversion process. Outlook will create a PST file containing all the data from the OST file.
Step 2: Import PST into Gmail
Log in to your Gmail account.
Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Go to the "Accounts and Import" or "Accounts" tab, depending on your Gmail version.
In the "Import mail and contacts" section, click on "Import mail and contacts."
A new window will pop up. Enter your Outlook email address and click "Continue."
Enter the password for your Outlook account and click "Continue."
Select the option to import data from "Desktop mail clients" and click "Continue."
Click on "Choose File" and browse for the PST file that you exported in Step 1.
Once you've selected the PST file, click "Continue" to start the importing process.
Follow the prompts to complete the import, selecting the desired options for importing email, contacts, and labels.
