To manually convert an OST (Offline Storage Table) file to Outlook PST (Personal Storage Table), you can follow these steps:

Open Outlook: Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Create a New Outlook Data File: Go to the "File" menu and select "New" followed by "Outlook Data File". Choose the PST file format and provide a location and name for the new PST file. Click "OK".

Import OST File Data: In Outlook, go to the "File" menu and select "Open & Export" followed by "Import/Export".

Select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next".

Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next".

Select the OST file you want to convert by clicking on "Browse" and navigate to its location. Choose the desired options for handling duplicates and click "Next".

Choose the destination folder in the newly created PST file where you want to import the OST data. You can select the top-level folder to import all the data or choose specific folders. Click "Finish" to start the import process.

Wait for the import to complete. The time required depends on the size of the OST file and the speed of your system.

Access the Converted Data: Once the import is finished, you can access the converted OST data in the selected folders of the PST file within Outlook.

Regards,
Peter
